2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us.

3. Products & descriptions

We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly with your screen. Cosmetic products are intended for external use as directed; always read the label and patch-test if you have sensitive skin. Our products are not medicines and do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

4. Prices & VAT

• All prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
• VAT rates vary by EU destination (e.g. IE 23%, DE 19%, FR 20%, ES 21%, PT 23%).
• We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
• If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders & contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, an item is unavailable), we will tell you and refund any payment taken.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and may include card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. By paying, you confirm the payment method is yours. Orders are dispatched only once payment is confirmed.

7. Shipping & delivery

• Standard delivery across Europe typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping is free on orders over €45; otherwise a flat fee applies, shown at checkout.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment is received in full.

8. Right of withdrawal & returns

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, plus our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Full details and how to start a return are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Promotions & discount codes

Discount codes (such as quiz or first-order offers) are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

10. Subscriptions

Where a “Subscribe & save” option is offered, it renews automatically at the stated interval until you pause or cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hello@aurabeauty.ie.

11. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content, branding and design are owned by AURA Beauty or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the European Union. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

15. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
