Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your ritual. If something isn't right, you're covered by your 14-day EU right of withdrawal and our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation needed. To do so, tell us within that period by emailing returns@aurabeauty.ie (you may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not required). You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
2. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
Beyond your statutory rights, if you’re not happy within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
3. Condition of returned items
- Items should be returned unused and in their original, resalable packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- You may handle items as you would in a shop to check them; we may reduce a refund to reflect any diminished value from excessive handling.
4. How to start a return
- Email returns@aurabeauty.ie with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the items securely and send them back within 14 days.

5. Return shipping costs
- If you change your mind, you pay the cost of return shipping.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping.
6. Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email returns@aurabeauty.ie with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — usually without needing the item back.
7. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the returned items (or proof of return).
- We refund the product price and the original standard delivery cost (for full-order withdrawals), minus return shipping where applicable.
- Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
8. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed health/hygiene goods that have been unsealed after delivery, or to personalised items. Your guarantee rights for faulty goods are unaffected.
